Overview

System 6 Group completed the exterior EIFS installation for a three-building, multi-unit condominium development along the waterfront in the Collingwood–Blue Mountain area.

The project featured extensive architectural detailing, decorative mouldings, trims, and carefully designed façade elements throughout all three buildings. The combination of large exterior elevations and intricate architectural features required precise workmanship and consistent finishing across the entire development.

Challenge

The development's three-building layout and extensive architectural detailing required careful planning and coordination. Maintaining consistent proportions, clean lines, and uniform finishes across multiple elevations was essential to achieving the intended architectural design.

The lakefront location also introduced additional considerations for weather exposure, material protection, and scheduling throughout construction.

Solution / Process

System 6 implemented a coordinated installation approach across all three buildings, ensuring consistent EIFS application and architectural detailing throughout the development.
