Sudbury Senior Living
System 6 Group completed an extensive exterior cladding package for a large three-storey retirement residence in Sudbury, Ontario. The project involved the installation of EIFS, architectural stone veneer, and comprehensive exterior caulking and sealant work.
With the project located a considerable distance from our home base, careful planning, logistics, and coordination were essential to maintaining productivity and consistent workmanship throughout construction.
The size of the building, extensive architectural detailing, and combination of exterior finishes required precise coordination and installation. Working at a remote location introduced additional logistical challenges, including crew scheduling, material deliveries, equipment availability, and maintaining consistent progress without the convenience of immediate access to our home base.
System 6 implemented a carefully organized installation strategy, coordinating crews, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient operations throughout the project. Particular attention was given to stone detailing, EIFS transitions, and exterior sealant applications to ensure a cohesive appearance and reliable weather protection.
Through detailed planning and consistent quality control, our team successfully delivered a large-scale exterior cladding package while meeting the demands of a complex, out-of-town construction project.
