Overview

System 6 Group transformed a residential property in Orillia into a custom outdoor living space featuring a stunning infinity-edge pool and fully integrated landscaping.

From initial site assessment and design to excavation, structural construction, pool finishing, and final landscaping, our team managed the entire project. The development incorporated a custom ICF pool structure, integrated heating and filtration equipment, LED lighting, natural stone features, retaining walls, and landscaped outdoor spaces.

Challenge

Creating a custom infinity pool required precise elevation planning, structural construction, and careful integration with the surrounding landscape. Coordinating excavation, concrete work, mechanical systems, and finishing trades demanded accurate sequencing to ensure every component worked together.

The design also required thoughtful grading and stone placement to create a natural transition between the pool, surrounding terrain, and outdoor living areas.

Solution / Process

System 6 provided a complete turnkey construction approach, overseeing every stage from the initial layout through final commissioning and landscaping.

Our team constructed the insulated concrete pool structure, completed the specialized surface finishes, installed the heating, filtration, and lighting systems, and developed the surrounding landscape with custom stonework, retaining walls, and walkways.
