Overview

System 6 Group was retained to transform an aging residential property by removing the existing exterior siding and installing a modern EIFS wall system. The project focused on improving the home's appearance, energy efficiency, and long-term durability while giving the property a completely refreshed look.

The new EIFS exterior modernized the home's curb appeal and provided a continuous insulated building envelope designed for years of low-maintenance performance.

Challenge

The existing exterior showed signs of age and wear, limiting both the appearance and performance of the home. Careful preparation was required to transition from the original siding system to a new insulated exterior assembly while maintaining clean architectural lines and detailing.

Solution / Process

System 6 removed the aging siding and installed a modern EIFS system designed to improve both aesthetics and performance. New finishes and architectural details transformed the appearance of the home while providing enhanced thermal efficiency and weather protection.
