Overview

System 6 Group completed a large-scale exterior envelope package within Blue Mountain Village, one of Ontario's premier four-season resort destinations. The project included the installation of EIFS wall assemblies and cement board soffit systems finished with architectural stucco coatings across multiple residential and mixed-use buildings within the village development. The village is a landmark destination known for its pedestrian streets, accommodations, retail, dining, and resort facilities.

Challenge

The scale of the project required extensive coordination across multiple buildings, elevations, and construction phases. Architectural details, varying wall conditions, and high-visibility public-facing façades demanded consistent workmanship and quality control throughout the installation process.

Solution / Process

System 6 deployed dedicated crews to maintain production efficiency while ensuring consistent installation standards across the development. Through careful coordination with site management and other trades, the EIFS and soffit systems were completed to provide a durable, energy-efficient, and visually cohesive exterior finish throughout the project.
