Overview

System 6 Group was retained to restore and refinish an existing EIFS façade after previous installation work resulted in significant aesthetic and surface irregularities. Our scope focused on correcting deficiencies, improving wall alignment, and restoring a uniform appearance while preserving the underlying system where possible.

Challenge

The existing EIFS installation contained numerous imperfections, uneven surfaces, and poorly executed details that affected both the appearance and overall quality of the façade. Significant preparation and corrective work were required before a new finish could be applied.

Solution / Process

Our team carefully assessed the existing conditions, repaired damaged sections, corrected surface irregularities, and re-established a consistent wall plane across the façade. Once the necessary repairs were completed, a new base coat and finish coat system was applied to deliver a clean, uniform, and professionally finished exterior.
