Overview

System 6 Group completed the building envelope scope for a multi-phase townhouse development, including the installation of weather-resistant barrier (WRB) systems, continuous insulation, and cladding preparation for siding and stone veneer finishes.

The project consisted of 13 residential townhouse blocks totalling 52 units, completed across Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the subdivision.

Challenge

Coordinating work across multiple buildings at different stages of construction required careful scheduling and consistent quality control. The project also involved managing transitions between various cladding systems while maintaining a continuous weather and thermal barrier throughout the building envelope.

Solution / Process

System 6 implemented a standardized installation process across all 13 blocks, ensuring consistent WRB and insulation performance throughout the development. Close coordination with site management and other trades allowed the project to progress efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the building envelope system.
